Just 12 pieces—that’s it! No need for massive bulk orders. Whether you’re outfitting a small team or testing a new design, we’ve got you covered. Let’s get started!
4. I need my order FAST. Can you do rush orders?
Yep! Rush orders are possible—just let us know your deadline, and we’ll see if we can work some magic.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. Easy peasy.
9. Can I cancel my order after I approve it?
Sorry, no take-backs! Once you approve an order, it CANNOT be canceled because we start production immediately.

If we haven’t started production yet, we might be able to tweak a few things. But once materials are prepped and printing starts, changes aren’t possible.
11. What printing and decoration methods do you use?
We do it all! Dye sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, and more. Whatever makes your design pop, we’ve got the tools for it.
12. Can I send my own fabric or blank garments?
Nope, we only work with our own premium materials to make sure every product meets our quality standards.
13. Do I get a preview before production?
Yep! We send a free mockup with every price quote. Production only starts after you approve the final design.

We’ve got all kinds—performance fabrics, cotton blends, polyester—you name it! Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll make it happen.
16. How long does production take?
• Small orders (up to 1,000 garments): 4 to 6 weeks

19. Will I get tracking info?
Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
20. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Since everything is custom-made just for you, we don’t do returns or refunds. But if there’s a manufacturing defect, let us know, and we’ll work to fix it.
21. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes. If you’re ordering from outside the USA, you’ll be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer directly to the customs authority or carrier upon delivery.
22. Are customs fees included in your quote or invoice?
No, customs fees are not included in our price quotes or invoices. Every country has different tax laws and import regulations, and these charges are assessed separately by your local government or shipping provider.
23. Can you mark my order as a gift or declare a lower value to avoid taxes?
Unfortunately, no. We’re required to follow international shipping laws and must declare the actual value of your order on customs forms. This ensures smooth customs clearance and avoids potential delays or fines.
24. How can I find out what duties or taxes I’ll need to pay?
We recommend checking with your local customs office or using an online duty calculator based on your country’s import rules. Duties vary based on your order’s value, product category, and local policies.
25. What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees on delivery?
If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and the package is returned to us, you may still be responsible for return shipping and restocking charges. We advise reviewing your country’s import rules before placing your order.
26. Will my final product look exactly like the digital mockup?
We do our best to match your approved mockup, but slight differences may occur. Every item is custom-made, and variations in stitching, color, placement, and size can happen due to manual production processes.
27. Are color differences between the mockup and final product normal?
Yes. Colors may appear differently on different screens due to brightness, resolution, or settings. Additionally, dye batches and fabric types can cause slight color shifts. These are normal in apparel production and not considered defects.
28. Can I request a refund or return due to small variations?
Since each item is made-to-order, minor variations in stitching, alignment, and measurement are industry-accepted tolerances. These do not qualify for returns or refunds. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.
29. What’s the tolerance range for measurements?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, small measurement differences may occur. These are typically within standard industry tolerance limits (generally ±1 inch depending on garment type).
30. Who is responsible for accepting these variations?
The customer is responsible for acknowledging and accepting these made-to-order variations before placing the order. These details are part of our production process and are included in our terms & conditions.
