Our products may be manufactured through trusted international production partners and delivered globally.

All orders require full payment in advance before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We accept payments through approved methods including:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers
  • Other authorized payment methods

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Production & Turnaround Time

Production time varies depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customization complexity
  • Artwork preparation

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided during order confirmation.

Total Sports Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Global supply chain disruptions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using reliable shipping carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected

Total Sports Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external factors.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or government fees required by their country.


5. Customization & Artwork Approval

All custom orders require artwork approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details including:

  • Spelling
  • Colors
  • Placement
  • Logo quality
  • Layout

Once artwork is approved and the order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be made.


Artwork Acceptance Policy

Total Sports Apparel reserves the right to approve or reject any submitted artwork.

We do not accept designs containing:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Alcohol-related promotions
  • Gambling-related imagery
  • Drug-related content
  • Illegal activities
  • Hate speech or violent imagery
  • Offensive or discriminatory content
  • Content that violates religious respect or public sensitivity

If artwork is rejected, the customer will be given the opportunity to submit revised artwork.


6. Product Disclaimer

Due to the customized and production-based nature of our products:

Handmade Variations
Minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, or finishing may occur.

Material Differences
Fabric weight, texture, and composition may vary slightly between batches.

Color Representation
Colors shown on screens may differ slightly from the final product due to display settings or dye batches.

Measurement Tolerance
Small size differences within industry tolerance may occur during manufacturing.

These variations are considered normal and acceptable.


7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Because most products are custom-made, all sales are final.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be issued if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The error was caused by Total Sports Apparel

Customers must report issues within seven (7) days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic evidence.


8. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the legal rights to any artwork or designs submitted.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they:

  • Own the intellectual property, or
  • Have authorization to use the design.

Total Sports Apparel does not verify ownership of submitted artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Total Sports Apparel harmless from any claims related to copyright or trademark violations.

We reserve the right to refuse production of artwork that may violate intellectual property laws.

Production may be paused or canceled if ownership disputes arise.


9. Limitation of Liability

Total Sports Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.


10. Privacy & Data Security

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or trade customer data.

Information may only be shared with trusted service providers necessary for:

  • Payment processing
  • Shipping and logistics
  • Order fulfillment
  • Customer communication

11. SMS Communications & Messaging Terms
